Since 1982, our Healthcare Consulting Group (HCG) has successfully provided quality, pragmatic and affordable solutions to business and management problems for many nonprofit community healthcare providers that are coping with an ever-changing environment.
We serve hospitals, community clinics, long term care facilities, disease-related organizations, professional, trade and umbrella organizations, specialty groups/service agencies, and medical schools, as well as state, city and local agencies involved with healthcare.
Our roster of men and women executives, who average 30 years of practical business and managerial experience, work as multi-disciplinary teams. They undertake carefully structured assignments that help community healthcare providers respond to changing circumstances, rising costs and organizational needs. They are results-oriented and sensitive to managerial pressures.

Our Capabilities
HCG, initially funded in 1982 by The Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, has worked with a broad range of healthcare service providers. Since then, HCG has completed over 170 engagements for more than 140 providers, many of which were repeat assignments. Testifying to the value of these quality services in the tri-state area and recognizing the continuing needs of healthcare providers in our community, in 1998 The Johnson Foundation awarded HCG a 3-year grant to expand its consulting capacity.
