To
survive and grow in today's uncertain and ever-changing economy,
nonprofit arts organizations have come to realize the need for developing
efficient, cost-effective operational practices. NESC's Arts Consulting
Group (ACG) specializes in meeting this need with high-quality,
affordable solutions to the problems faced by arts and cultural
groups.
The
ACG creatively serves all kinds of nonprofit arts organizations,
including museums, theatre groups, dance companies, arts schools,
orchestras, botanical gardens and associations. Over the years,
we have seen that these problems frequently fall into the areas
of board development, audience development and financial systems
and controls.
When
you choose to work with the ACG, you will be served by a multi-disciplinary
team of consultants with experience to match your needs. ACG's unique
primary resource is our roster of professional men and women who
average 30 years of practical business and managerial experience.
Through continuing education and by working with multiple arts organizations
over the years, they are able to effectively transfer their skills
to the dynamic and demanding requirements of the art world.
They
have elected to volunteer for the ACG because they share your passion
for the arts. In short, the consultants who volunteer for your project will be results-oriented and sensitive to your needs.
Customized
consultant teams, carefully structured assignments, the proven ability
to help you respond to changing environments, rising costs and organizational
demands -- you may be concerned that the cost for such
personalized assistance is prohibitive. Not so. You can rest
assured that NESC is committed to helping you at a surprisingly
affordable rate that is well below that of other private and nonprofit
consulting firms. Your budget and the scope of your project are
the primary factors in setting the fee we will agree upon together.
Special
Arts Mentoring Program
For
small arts groups, the ACG offers a unique consulting program. For
a low fee, you can schedule six monthly visits with a panel of professionals
hand-picked to help you with any two subjects you choose. Choose
marketing and board development, for example, and each month you
can come to our offices and discuss your ideas and challenges with
experts who can guide you in your planning and program implementation.

your objectives and make your organization thrive, contact us for a no-cost initial consultation.
