Executive Coaching

NESC's experienced executive coaches work with nonprofit leaders over extended periods to help those executives accomplish their goals. NESC can assist on a broad range of strategic, organizational and operational matters, all targeted to enhancing executive performance and reinforcing the nonprofit organization's effectiveness.

Among recent Nonprofit Executive Coaching & Mentoring Projects:

  • For a Connecticut religious organization, NESC worked with its Executive Director for six months, with particular emphasis on how to implement change.

  • For a New York nonprofit devoted to improving children's vision, who found itself challenged by limited financial resources, NESC provided six months of mentoring, and recommended that it associate with a statewide membership organization focused on vision problems faced by young children, teenagers and adults.

  • For a prominent New York photo club, NESC provided six months of mentoring and suggested ways of increasing revenues by attracting new donors and by non-member usage of its facilities.

  • For a Rockland County social services organization, NESC provided an executive coaching program to help the Director and the organization deal with marketing and communications challenges in a changing environment.

  • For a Long Island social services organization, NESC provided six months of guidance in managing its Supply Department.
